Modus Operandi Steamed Hake with Vegetables and Basil ?


Add the remaining coconut milk and heat to reduce two-thirds of its volume.

Add the butter in small pieces and mix with a blender.

Reserve a hot container.

Wash, peel and chop the onions.

Wash the peppers and remove the stems and seeds.

Wash the zucchini. Chop the peppers and zucchini into cubes the same size as the chopped onion and sauté in a pan with oil until crisp.

Add salt and pepper. Remove from heat, add the onion and reserve heat.

Drain hake and cook 7 minutes to steam.

Presentation:
Spread the vegetables on the plates inside a pastry rings.

Remove the rings and top with hake, served with sauce and garnish with basil marinade.
